Energy supply systems

When it comes to the energy supply of buildings, we examine different supply strategies and compare these with a view to the investment and operating costs and the environmental relevance. Investment costs are estimated on the basis of our experience values. Taking repairs, maintenance and consumption costs into account, we subsequently create a dynamic economic analysis.
At the same time, we examine the different carbon dioxide and hazardous substance emissions of the various supply strategies as a further deciding factor for our client.

Local and building specific factors as well as the local availability of regenerative energy sources are taken into account in the analysis. For example, the use of geothermal energy in conjunction with the foundation leads to a cost-effective and ecologically good solution. In particular if the building will also need to be cooled.
